ORGANIZE A SPECIAL SESSION

We invite senior academics, scientists and professionals to consider submitting a proposal for a Special Session within a very specific topic. A Special Session consists of a presentation session of five to six papers on a specific topic, organized as a 90 or 120 minutes session.

The Special Session Chair is expected to take the responsibility for her/his sessions, gathering papers from a range of research /professional expertise around the world; reviewing process for the papers of the session, managing the overall process of the session. A minimum number of five to six papers (accepted after double-blind peer review) is required for the Special Session. The Session Chair will get a free registration for one of his/her papers. WARSE will list the session on the conference website.

Researchers who would like to organise a Special Session are invited to submit a proposal for consideration, including the following items: The title of the Special Session; Objectives; A paragraph describing the theme of the session and initial list of topics ; A short biography (of around 200 words) of the Special Session Chair to icceet122022@warse.org. Please send your Special Session Proposal on or before: July 15, 2023.

Decisions on acceptance will be taken and announced within one week from the submission deadline. 

If the Special Session is selected, 

• Special Session details will be listed in the conference website
• Special Session Chair will manage the publicity of his/her session.
• Special Session Chair is  expected  to attract 8 registered papers for the special session.
• Special Session Chair will get a free registration for one of his/her  paper.
